Whether in the mood for a run on the Tiber banks or a bike tour in the city, the tracks are very close and easily reachable from the Villa. Ask for a map at front desk to see where they are.

If you are short of time or just want to get the most out of your day in the city please allow us to pack and store your personal belongings in your room.

We provide transfers to and from the airports and train stations. Furthermore we can arrange a personal driver to be at your service during the time requested. We recommend to book at least a day in advance.

The ” Villa Apartment” with its six rooms and the Ozio dining room situated on the Villa’s second floor can be rented in total to accommodate up to 12 adults.

Request a private buttler to guarantee a tailor made service to you and your guests.

Book “La Cucina” in the Villa Apartment, where our Chefs will unveil their most hidden secrets and recipes. The dishes you will prepare can be served in your room or in the Ozio Room which can accommodate up to 8 people.

The Ozio Room can be rented for private dinners. Request your personal menu to impress your guests.

A guarded garage is available just 50 meters from the property in addition to street parking.

We provide pic nic bags for an open air lunch in the city parks. But if you prefer a quick lunch to easily carry with you we can arrange a smaller box lunch. Contact us to indicate your preferences.

In case you forgot to bring your beloved pet’s amenities you can have them directly in your rooms. The “Pet Set” comprehends a water bowl, a food bowl, a mat and a leash.

Choose one or more newspapers to be delivered to your room in the morning. We offer choice of all national and most international newspapers.

Whether after an afternoon nap or an early morning rise we will be glad to wake you up. Just arrange with our front desk.

Your shoes need a shine? No problem. Just place them out your room door or call us for a speedy pick up. They will be returned as soon as possible with a fresh shine on them.

If you need an early morning coif or a special night hairdo, our hairdresser is here to assist you.

Our bilingual baby sitter is available to look after your baby or kids. Preferably advise us before check in date.

Infant amenities include baby food warmer, baby high chair, feeding bottle, steriliser, thermometer, baby bathrobe, bib, baby bath tub, soother and baby dish with fork or spoon.
